    Vegetarian food recommendation for Thailand

        • Fried Rice (Tofu/Vegetables )

        • Pineapple Fried Rice

        • Roti (Local Thai Pan Cake)

        • Mango Sticky Rice

        • Khao Soi

        • Falafel/Hummus Wrap

        • Smoothie Bowls

        • Spring Rolls

        • Lot of smoothie

        • Cheese toast/fruits/milk at 7 Eleven

Tops Daily/ Lotus Go have few more options for vegetarian snacks and salads than 7 Eleven. For healthy snacks I find Tops Daily to be more better than 7 Eleven

      Additional Tips

          • Tell for smoothies without sugar

          • Tell to make food without fish oil (palm oil)

          • You tell them to add tofu for your proteins

Tips to search on Google Maps

        • Always search for vegan/vegetarian restaurant instead of top restaurant or food near me
        • Go to the review section and check the top rated dishes – if it’s vegetarian/vegan, less chance to get disappointed
